Houston attorney Tony Buzbee and 29-year-old Lindy Layman were on a date Saturday, and returned to Buzbee's home afterward.

Prosecutors say a first date took a turn for the worse when a court reporter ripped a Houston trial attorney's two Andy Warhol paintings, worth $500,000 each, off the wall during a drunken fit at his mansion.

According to the criminal complaint filed against Layman on December 23, Layman allegedly "tore paintings off the wall with her hands" and threw the sculptures across the room. Buzbee believed she was too intoxicated and called an Uber driver to pick her up.

Buzbee trusted she was excessively inebriated and called a Uber driver to lift her up.

A felony criminal mischief conviction for causing more than $200,000 in damages in Texas reportedly carries a possible punishment of five to 99 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Per the data read in court, Layman was forceful toward the second Uber driver, strolled again into Buzbee's home and yelled, "I'm not clearing out". According to court documents, the resulting damage cost at least $300,000.

Among the list of masterpieces reportedly damaged by the woman were two Andy Warhol paintings valued at $500,000 each. Most leave when you ask them.

Layman was arrested and released from jail after posting a $30,000 bond on December 24 and is set to face her first court appearance on Thursday. "She also pulled a Renoir and a Monet off the wall".

"I collect art. I don't want it damaged", Buzbee said.

Buzbee likewise as of late stood out as truly newsworthy for stopping a World War II tank in his River Oaks neighborhood.
