The NHL All-Star game will be heading out west in 2019.

The Gasparilla parade will have pirates invading the city, while hockey fans will be invading downtown.

"I had a really fun time tonight", Boeser said.

"He's assembled it (to be) not just one and done. We're looking forward to a terrific All-Star Weekend in San Jose".

Tampa Bay's Nikita Kucherov had three goals in the Atlantic's 7-4 semifinal win over the Metropolitan Division, however the Lightning's young star was shut out in the championship game.

Feaster, who worked for the Lightning from 1998 to 2008, returned to in 2014 to lead the club's youth and high school outreach efforts after a stint as GM of the Calgary Flames.

Asked if it would be unusual to play games in China but not attend a Games in that country, NHLPA executive director Donald Fehr smirked: "I don't think that question needs an answer". Depending on both teams' position in the standings, these games could push one of the teams into or out of a playoff spot, or help determine their ever-important playoff matchups, where they could be forced to play one another once again.
