  • Avengers attractions are coming to Disneyland parks around the world

The superhero-themed area will include experiences for the Avengers and Spider-Man.

As for Disneyland Paris, plans for Super Hero land will take course over a "multi-year expansion", according to Disney Parks Blog.

"With the incredible popularity of Iron Man Experience at Hong Kong Disneyland and Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT! at Disneyland Resort, we know our guests love experiencing epic action and adventure alongside the Avengers and their heroic friends", said Bob Chapek, chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products.

After more than 15 years at Disney California Adventure, A Bug's Land is being replaced by a new park theme.

The Marvel area at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, will be centered around Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT!, which opened a year ago, in the nearby space occupied by "It's Tough to Be a Bug", which closed Monday. Therefore, there can't be a Marvel-themed area at Disney World.

In California, the park will be built in the space now occupied by the "A Bug's Land" attraction, next to the Guardians of the Galaxy attraction. To make room for the new adventures, "It's Tough to Be a Bug" land closed on Monday, March 19, 2018.

Over at Disneyland Paris, the new Marvel-themed land is going to be built inside of Disney Studios Park.

Marvel announces that the Avengers and other super heroes will assemble in new themed areas at Disneyland resort, Disneyland Paris and Hong Kong Disneyland. This new attraction will join the Iron Man Experience, which opened in 2017 and is already the most popular attraction at the resort.

Fanboys and fangirls will get to revel in three new areas at three different parks. Guests will team up with Ant-Man and The Wasp for an exciting new attraction, which will join the existing Iron Man Experience that opened in 2017.
