  • Donald Trump Has Admitted Melania's Life Isn't 'So Easy' Amid Stormy Daniels Scandal

Now there are rumors Daniels- whose real name is Stephanie Clifford- taped a bombshell interview with "60 Minutes" for CBS and the network is actively verifying her claims before preparing to go to air soon.

Adult film actress Stormy Daniels has offered to return the $US130,000 payment she received from President Donald Trump's lawyer a year ago to dissolve her "hush agreement".

The newspaper said the offer to return the money was made in a letter from Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, to Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen.

However, notary Erica Jackson is now facing an investigation after she failed to do all three for the 2016 nondisclosure agreement regarding Daniels's alleged affair with President TrumpDonald John TrumpAccuser says Trump should be afraid of the truth Woman behind pro-Trump Facebook page denies being influenced by Russians Shulkin says he has White House approval to root out "subversion" at VA MORE.

Back in 2006, Trump was only a tabloid character turned reality TV star-and on these calls, he allegedly offered Daniels keys to a NY condo.

"If he does not accept it, it's yet another instance of Mr. Trump and Mr. Cohen trying to silence this woman and keep the American people from hearing her story", he said.

The actress also seeks to "use and publish and text messages, photos and videos relating to the president that she may have in her possession, all without fear of retribution or legal liability".

Daniels offered on Monday to pay President Donald Trump $130,000 to buy her way out of a contract that prohibits her from discussing their decade-old alleged affair.

Neither Cohen nor lawyers who represent him responded to requests for comment Monday.

"She wants the people to decide who is shooting straight with them and who is being less than forthcoming".

"It would be extremely unusual [for the Department of Justice to prosecute] since they lost a similar case against a presidential candidate", said Jan Witold Baran, a campaign finance lawyer in Washington.

Daniels is also now hoping that returning the money could allow her to end her silence.

In the agreement, Trump is identified as David Dennison and Daniels is referred to as Peggy Peterson, New York Post reported.

But Trump never signed it, providing the basis for Avenatti's attempt to have it thrown out and release Daniels from her obligations.
