"I think i saved it but I'm so so sorry if I flashed anyone I really didn't mean to I promise!"

Meanwhile, Swift's dispute with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian is also still definitely on.

Apart from the first night of her tour making headlines, Swift drew more news attention after sharing an Instagram video of a note with an olive branch that she had recieved, which appeared to read, "Hey old friend, I've been doing some thinking on past miscommunications and feelings between us and wanted to clear the air". At one part of the video, Swift is dressed to look an terrible lot like the "Roar" singer, except she's holding a Grammy... which Perry has never won (Swift has 10).

To make matters worse for Perry, she was left off the invite list of Rihanna's star-studded afterparty at exclusive NY nightclub, Up&Down.

No matter how much damage control was done, it was too late for Swift.

With Rihanna being the co-chair of the glitzy event she was asked to pose with Katy, but sadly the Work singer failed to hide the unimpressed look on her face. A couple of years ago, someone called me a snake on social media and it caught on. And I went through some really low times for a while because of it. I went through some times when I didn't know if I was going to get to do this anymore", she continued, "I wanted to send a message to you guys that if someone uses name calling to bully you on social media, and even if a lot of people jump on board with it, that doesn't have to defeat you. "It can strengthen you instead", Swift said, as the crowd cheered. According to a new report, the "Roar" songstress would love to have Taylor on "American Idol", on which she serves as one of the judges.

As for what inspired Perry to finally take the leap and settle things once and for all with her archnemesis, apparently it's nothing more than her choosing to focus on the positives in her life. Rather, Swift was very touched by Perry's gesture, that is why she agreed to end their decade-long feud. Taylor's recent revelation lead to the title of her latest album, Reputation, which is also the name of her ongoing stadium tour. One of the dancers said that working with Swift was a great opportunity, but Perry reached out to them and felt they had to grab the chance to work with her.
